sekali mendayung 2-3 pulau terlampaui…

gara-gara beli(baca :kridit) rumah di tempat developer yang sekampung kediri. kok setelah ngobrol-ngobrol dengan org keuangannya jadi berminat ikut jualin perumahan itu. setelah hitung-hitung punya hitung banyak nih kayaknya potensi org yg bisa aku prospek.. mana kebanyakan temen-temen masih baru nikah dan kebanyakan masih kost/kontrak.

"PERLU DICOBA !"pikirku.

lokasinya oke (15menit ke dago)… view-nya  oke banget deehhh (city view and mountain view) ..

Uang muka 30% bisa dicicil sampe 6 bulan."kalo urusan kredit bisa dibantu ke bank atau ke developer".

masih ndak kebayang… 10 tahun lalu datang ke bandung suhu antara 18 - 24 derajat celcius … kalo musim kemarau cuman 28 - 32 derajat celcius.

Terima kasih buat SAMP***NA yang telah mendukung pemerintah kota bandung memasang jam dan termometer di bawah jembatan pasopati (perempatan cikapayang).

Sudah seminggu start up company berjalan. Mulai dengan 4 orang programer (2 beginner, 2 fresh graduate), cukup mengkhawatirkan untuk perusahaan start up yang bakalan mengerjakan aplikasi-aplikasi outsourcing yang levelnya enterprise. fokus perusahaan saat ini mengerjakan out-source dari perusahaan ‘partner’ di jakarta yang kebanyakan berkutat di .NET dan Java.

Santai dan Result oriented adalah culture yang dikembangkan di kantor. mau pake celana pendek, mau pake kaos singlet mau pake t-shirt ndak pa pa.

oh iya.. untuk sementara masih pake Nama Insan Infonesia, jika PILOTING(3-4bulan )nya sukses keliatannya akan bikin PT baru lagi. kita lihat sajah nanti…. I put all my live to this company .. c yahh!!

barusan saja coba-coba test personality di web www.personalDNA.com sepertinya menarik.tinggal mengisi 10 halaman yang berisi pertanyaan mulai dari true or false hingga gauge (prosentase) yang menyatakan prioritas sikap yang akan diambil. ada benarnya juga bahwa jika kita ada dalam satu pilihan yang sulit terkadang kita tidak 100% persen ada di jalan itu.dan hasilnya pun tidak dalam sedikit domain sifat yang digunakan personality plus yang terlalu simple (menurutku) dan direpresentasikan dalam warna-warna.

Perjalananku menuju ke timur mungkin hanya 3 hari (13-15 Juli 2006). tapi banyak yang kudapatkan dari perjalanan tersebut. sambil menyelam minum air susu itu yang mungkin bisa menggambarkan perjalanan ini.

-Day 1
sudah lama sejak lebaran tahun 2005 aku tidak mengunjungi kediri, begitu kembali ke kota itu rasanya tak jauh beda dengan bandung. udara sejuk, angin semilir … tidak biasanya kediri seperti itu .. kayak masih berada di bandung. sehari sesampai di sana kuhabiskan untuk istirahat, memang cukup melelahkan setelah menyetir semalaman bergantian dengan basuki (wangon 01:00 - kediri 08:00). Aku lebih memilih makan siang dengan ‘jangan bening’ buatan ibunya basuki, wah rasa-rasanya seperti dirumah sendiri. rencananya mw beli soto Tamanan idola aku ma basuki di malam harinya, ternyata kakak basuki yang memang jual soto di tamanan tidak jualan karena sedang ada tanggapan ‘bersih ndeso’ di nganjuk. proyek 100 ekor ayam … hmmm …. buanyakk sekaliii… tidak jadi deh malam itu makan soto di tamanan.

[Bertemu teman-teman lama n Business Trip]
- Day 2
Jemputan pagiku tlah datang untuk bertemu teman-teman lama.kuhabiskan siang ini dengan menunggu orang-orang yang akan mengajakku presentasi ke tulungagung di tempat cucian mobil temanku (adi). jadwal yang belum pasti bikin aku cemas.. dan kawatir apakah jadi apa ndak ???!.siang hari aku clingak-clinguk ke depan pagar untuk melihat orang jualan es dawet langgananku, sekali lagi aku kecewa karena tiap hari jumat penjual es itu ndak jualan ….

sore hari kutemukan dua orang teman lama yang telah berkumpul di tempat adi. nungki (teman sma) dan andi astika (teman smp), betapa terkejutnya mereka ketika melihatku –> mungkin dulu aku masih terlihat cukup kurus waktu terakhir ketemu mereka.

setelah maghrib tiba, jemputan bisnisku telah tiba yang siap membawaku ke tulung agung. dalam mobil itu cuman aku n abbas yg paling muda. gerombolan para bpk-bpk mentor yang kecewa dengan kondisi kantornya skrg, itu yang aku rasakan dari percakapan yang aku tangkap di dalam mobil.walaupun bapak-bapak itu sudah setengah umur, smangatnya itu loh … yang masih menggebu-gebu … jadi smangat juga untuk ikutan bikin ‘persekongkolan’ di timur ini. rencananya ‘persekongkolan’ ini akan di launch di 3 kota (kediri-tulung agung-nganjuk) dengan menggandeng pejabat-pengusaha stempat. di tulung agung ini kami bertemu kontraktor rekanan yang akan mengusahakan implementasi ‘persekongkolan’ kami di kota TKW itu. tanpa basa-basi aku presentasikan produk yang akan ditawarkan … (sambil menunggu makanan dtg).

belajar entrepreneurship = Plan for Pension adalah topik pembicaraan kami setelah urusan ‘persekongkolan’. tak disangka malem itu aku dapet kuliah tambahan entrepreneurship dari praktisi yang ‘kantor’-nya di hotel-hotel dan cafe-cafe untuk mencari pencerahan dalam aktivitasnya. Plan For Pension artinya :
- Capital is not a matter (mematahkan teori 5C)
- think smart
- work smart
- untouchable
- Long term
- Innovation
- breakthrough

tak disangka obrolan kita sudah sampe tengah malam.. bubar jalan…..

[day 3]
rencana akan menuju ke nganjuk untuk bertemu dengan rekanan ‘persekongkolan’ lain lagi. tapi aku memutuskan untuk kembali ke bandung, karena kulihat abbas n pren sudah bisa ‘nggedabus’ seperti yang kulakukan malam tadi. beberapa saat setelah sampai di stasiun, kereta argowilis pun datang. waktunya kembali ke dunia asalku ..

my call rings … it’s my call for duty. my friend told me that we had something to discuss this afternoon. he told me to take an opportunity to start another ’start up’. he hope that i will take this chance to make another mission impossible team. ohh .. it’s a big deal friends… commited for 2-3 years to grow up the ‘nexus child’.
